Step 1. Planning and Goal Setting

Step 2. Design and Concept Development

In this phase, we will works closely with the client and designers to develop a design concept that aligns with their vision and goals. It involves creating architectural drawings, 3D renderings, and selecting materials, fixtures, and finishes.

Step 3. Permits and Approvals

Before commencing any construction work, necessary permits and approvals must be obtained from the relevant authorities. This step ensures compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and any other legal requirements.

Step 4. Demolition and Preparation

Once permits are secured, the existing space is prepared for renovation. This may involve demolition of walls, removal of old fixtures, and clearing out debris. Proper safety measures are followed during this phase.

Step 5. Structural Modifications

If required, structural modifications are made during this stage. It includes altering walls, ceilings, or any other structural elements to accommodate the new design plan.

Step 6. Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Work

MEP systems are addressed, including electrical wiring, lighting installations, HVAC systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Skilled professionals handle these tasks to ensure functionality and compliance with building codes.

Step 7. Interior Finishes

This phase involves the installation of interior finishes, such as flooring, wall treatments, painting, cabinetry, and fixtures. Attention to detail is crucial to achieve the desired aesthetics and functionality

Step 8. Furniture and Equipment Installation

Once the construction work is complete, furniture, equipment, and any other necessary installations are carried out. This may include workstations, appliances, signage, and technology infrastructure.

Step 9. Final Inspections and Testing

Before the project is considered complete, thorough inspections are conducted to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes. This includes checking electrical systems, fire safety measures, and overall quality assurance.

Step 10. Project Handover and Post-Construction Support

The renovated space is handed over to the client after final inspections and approvals. We will provide post-construction support, addressing any outstanding issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
